S&E letter and Lesson Schedule for next week

Dear Parents and Students,

  • The lesson schedule for next week is attached.
  • Attached you will find an informational letter and "contract" for those students attending Solo and Ensemble Contest on Saturday, March 7th in Rushville. The signed contract is due next Tuesday along with a check for your accompanist (for solos only). Those students only in an ensemble do not need to send a check- just a signed contract.
  • Also, if you are interested in being a chaperone for Solo and Ensemble Contest, please let me know. I need about 3-4 more people who would be willing to chaperone and take turns watching the homeroom area. You do not need to necessarily ride the big yellow bus. J

Mary Poppins Letter

Dear Parents,

We have three tickets available for the Mary Poppins trip on Saturday, March 28th . These are student tickets previously purchased and due to unforeseen circumstances, these three students can no longer attend.

So, we are selling them on a "first come, first served" basis. Any interested student needs to be in compliance with the behavior guidelines (on attached letter), pay the $130.00 fee (checks made to "Macomb Junior/Senior High School"), and return the completed forms to Mrs. Stegall or myself as soon as possible.

Lesson Schedule, Dessert Auction, and Solo/Ensemble reminders

Good Morning!

  • I have attached the lesson schedule for next week. All students have been assigned a lesson time for next week.
  • Just a reminder that the Pops Concert/Dessert Auction is this Monday, February 9th. This is a required concert for the 3rd quarter. The informational letter is attached.
  • HS Solo and Ensemble is Saturday, March 7th in Rushville. I am looking for about 4-5 chaperones to help that day. They can either ride the bus (yea!) or follow in their own car. Any help is appreciated. I expect to get a schedule for the day in about two weeks. I will pass it along when it comes.
  • Lastly, I have also attached some pictures from the Nick Page assembly and Friday evening performance.

Booster Meeting tonight – Thursday, February 5, 5:00 pm

Pops Concert & Dessert Auction

Dear parents,

Just a reminder that our 3rd quarter concert, the Pops Concert/Dessert Auction will be next Monday, February 9th from 5:30-8:00 pm in the HS Commons. Thank you in advance for those parents who are willing to donate a dessert(s) or your time. It is sincerely appreciated.

We are in need of about 4 more parent helpers during the 7:15 pm to clean up (about 8:30 pm). If you would be willing to sign up to help during this time, please let me know.
