Lesson This Week

November 10, 2008

Dear Parents and students,

Since this is a shorter week, Concert Choir students will not have lessons this week. Mixed Chorus has been assigned lesson times.

Please note that I have asked all members of Madrigals, Jazz voices and Men's Ensemble to try to find a time this week (preferably on Friday) to go over their music. They do not need to sign up for a time. Times have been blocked out for you on Friday.

Variety show

The All-School Variety show that was scheduled for Saturday, November 22 (with auditions scheduled for Monday, November 10) has been cancelled. It is possible that it may be rescheduled for this spring. I will let you know. Thank you for your understanding.

Last Call

November 6, 2008

Dear Parents,

This is the last call for Poinsettia orders. I had a couple of students tell me today that their orders were "at home, in their lockers, and "I don't know" so I wanted to ask you to check with them to make sure that they turned their money and order forms in. J

We will be calling them in tomorrow (on Friday) and we want to make sure that we include all the orders.

Poinsettia Money Due Tomorrow

November 3, 2008

Dear parents,

Tomorrow is the deadline for the Choir Booster Poinsettia Sale turn in. Please have your forms carefully marked and all cash converted into checks/money orders. Remember also that you should keep the order form with names and address of the people to whom you sold. We are only interested in receiving the SALES SUMMARY SHEET and the checks/money orders that equal the amount sold.
